Freeriders worldwide are continually doing photo and film work for sponsors and marketing. With an increased demand, Arctic Elements have specialised in these types of work. We offer helicopter and guide assistance, and logistic solutions during photo and film work in Europe’s last wilderness. With the guide’s local knowledge and safety philosophy and the helicopter’s resources, we can offer great possibilities to skiers, photographers and film makers.
Experience the arctic mountain region of Lapland from above. A whole new dimension of the beautiful landscape of northern Sweden. Fly to Kebnekaise, the highest montain in Sweden accompanied by the midnight sun. Book a sightseeing flight and fly above the beautifully situated Sami villages, take a look at the world famous Kungsleden Route going southwards towards Kebnekaise and Sarek. Above the Riksgränsen mountains in the west you can enjoy an endless view over the Atlantic Ocean and Norwegian Fjords. During the flight the guide will share stories with you about history, culture and the enviroment of the last wilderness in Europe.
We also offer helicopter transports during the winter season in all of our areas. Visit the Låktatjokka Mountain Lodge or hire the helicopters for transfer flights direct from Kiruna airport to your destination. Let the helicopter drop you off at a hut along the world famous Kungsleden ski route. Let the helicopter fly you to Kebnekaise the highest peak in Sweden and enjoy the view and a wonderful meal. Please notice that Arctic Elements only make transportation flights to marked routes, mountain huts or other infrastructure in the mountains. All other flights requires a Guide.
Meteorologen Ski Lodge
Arctic Elements own lodge in the legendary mountain resort of Riksgränsen. “Metro” is housed in a more than a century old timber building that use to be a meteorology station.
