The mission of Arctic Elements is to share our passion for skiing with our guests. In order to succeed we continously develop our safety guidelines. We are dedicated to provide you with top class skiing in as safe manner as possible. Safety is our number one priority.

We would like to share some of our safety guidelines with you. Helicopter skiing includes dangers and risk. Together with your cooperation we are aiming to minimize those risks. Allthough risks can never be completely eliminated. Typcal risks in heliskiing can be avalanches, rocks, crevasses, cliffs, sliding, collision with other skiers, snowcover, water beneath the snow, weather, helicopter travel etc.

Visiting mountain areas will always include dangers and risk.The guides and pilots from Arctic Elements are all dedicated proffesionals and averages more than ten years experience working in avalanche terrain and they are dedicated to reduce all inherent risks. The guides and staff will provide you with important informaton regarding safety both when skiing and operating in and around the helicopter.

Arctic Element cooperates with both the swedish mountain rescue and the skipatrols of the nearby skiareas to effective conduct any rescueoperation in case of emergency. All guides and Pilots are trained in medical first aid and mountain rescue procedures. Both Guides and the Pilots follows an Operational manual for heliskiing in order to maximize the safety level.
